What categories of personal data do we process and where does it come from?
The nature of the personal data we process depends essentially on the nature of the Services we provide to you.
In general, the personal data processed includes identification data (surname, first name, contact details, recordings, video in establishments equipped with video surveillance cameras, etc.), data relating to your areas of interest, your email address, your nationality (in particular for hotel establishments), personal life details (family situation, etc.), professional life details, and data relating to customer reservations and payments.
When information is collected by AUTOGRILL COTE France and is essential to meet the purposes specified in the relevant collection form, such information is identified by an asterisk. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, AUTOGRILL COTE France may not be able to provide the relevant service.

Video surveillance in Autogrill restaurants
Certain Autogrill establishments in France are under video surveillance due to a specific context. The purposes pursued by the processing are:
- The safety of persons
- Assistance to persons (fire protection, prevention of natural or technological risks)
- Prevention of damage to property
The legal basis for the processing is legitimate interest.
Persons filmed have a right of access to the images in which they appear, as well as a right to erasure and rectification. The retention period for images is a maximum of 30 days.
The recipients of the filmed images are those authorised by the prefectural order granting authorisation for the video surveillance system, as well as public officials solely for the purposes of their duties.

Data retention period
Your personal data is retained by AUTOGRILL COTE France for periods in accordance with applicable regulations. For example:
Cookies have a lifespan of 13 months;
Data relating to prospects is retained for 3 years following the last commercial contact.
Data relating to customers is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years.

Who are your personal data shared with?
Your personal data will be processed by the Marketing Department of AUTOGRILL COTE France, the France Network Operations Department as well as its Information Systems Department, Legal Department and Finance Department.
Your personal data may be shared with third parties, partners and/or subcontractors of AUTOGRILL COTE France (external service providers for IT maintenance purposes, for example) for the purposes referred to in this Policy. Subcontractors acting on the instructions of AUTOGRILL COTE France will be required to implement appropriate protective measures for such personal data.
Your personal data may be transferred to other entities of the AVOLTA Group. Some entities of the AVOLTA Group may be located outside the European Union. In that case, Autogrill COTE France will ensure that such transfers are carried out in accordance with the provisions imposed by French regulations (such as the implementation of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission).
